You might be used to pushing through, even when you’re overwhelmed. From the outside, it can look like you’re handling things, but internally your mind doesn’t slow down. You might be overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or struggling to set boundaries without guilt, leaving you feeling drained or stuck.

I work with adults and students navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-criticism. In our work together, we focus on understanding the patterns underneath what you’re going through. Things like people-pleasing, overthinking, or difficulty setting boundaries don’t come from nowhere, even if they’re no longer helping you now.

We slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build practical ways to manage what you’re going through day to day so you can feel more steady, clear, and grounded in how you respond to yourself and others.​​
