You feel stuck in your head. Overthinking everything. Questioning your reactions. Unsure what you’re actually feeling underneath it all. Anxiety, low mood, and self-criticism can make it hard to trust yourself, especially during periods of change or uncertainty.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point. In our sessions, we slow things down and make sense of what’s actually going on beneath your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. This is a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to perform or figure it all out right away.

Together, we’ll focus on helping you manage anxiety and stress, work through depression and self-doubt, navigate life transitions, and build confidence so you can feel more grounded, steady, and trusting of yourself in your day-to-day life.​
