You might also notice how often you doubt yourself in relationships or overthink interactions.
I work with adults and students navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and relationship or family issues. Therapy is a space to understand what’s actually going on and start making sense of those patterns.
My approach is supportive and collaborative. We look at what’s been keeping you stuck and build practical ways to help you feel more clear, more confident, and more grounded.
