You’re doing your best to keep up, but it still feels like a lot. Maybe your mind doesn’t slow down. You replay conversations, question your decisions, or feel like you should be handling things better than you are. You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, or patterns you can’t seem to break. You might also notice how often you doubt yourself in relationships or overthink interactions.

I work with adults and students navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and relationship or family issues. Therapy is a space to understand what’s actually going on and start making sense of those patterns.

 

My approach is supportive and collaborative. We look at what’s been keeping you stuck and build practical ways to help you feel more clear, more confident, and more grounded.
