Starting therapy can feel anxiety inducing. You might be overthinking what to say, worried about saying the wrong thing, or unsure how to explain what’s going on without minimizing it.

 

I understand that nervous feeling. This is a space where you can be yourself. Sarcasm, humour, fidgeting, rambling, pauses, and “I don’t know” are all welcome. There are no right or wrong answers here.

 

Our work together will focus on what you need. Some sessions may be about finding solutions or setting boundaries. Others may be about emotional conversations or simply sharing your thoughts out loud.

 

Therapy isn’t just about talking through what’s wrong. It’s about understanding your strengths, recognizing your boundaries, and breaking down the barriers that keep you stuck so you can build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
