You might be used to holding everything together, even when it feels like a lot underneath the surface. Maybe you replay conversations, second-guess your decisions, or question whether you’re handling things the “right” way. You might feel unsure of yourself in relationships, overwhelmed by everything you have to manage, or stuck trying to figure out what comes next.
I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety and stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. Therapy gives us space to slow things down and understand the patterns behind the overthinking, self-doubt, stress, or uncertainty that keep showing up.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together, we can work on managing anxiety, building confidence and self-trust, navigating relationships more clearly, and understanding what you actually want and need so you can feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
