Meet Meagan Benhaim

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, or low mood. You may wonder if your struggles are “big enough” for therapy or feel unsure about where to begin. You do not need to have it all figured out first.

 

I offer a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, share what has been heavy, and begin to make sense of your experiences. My role is to listen with care, help you explore what feels stuck, and work alongside you as you build new ways of coping.
