My Philosophy
The Journey
Next Steps
I strive to create a safe, accepting space where you can openly explore your uncertainties. In our sessions, we’ll dive deep into your hopes for counselling, work through your current struggles, and develop practical coping strategies that lead to real, lasting change.

Your therapeutic journey will be customized to fit your unique needs and experiences, enhancing your self-awareness as we clarify your vision for the future and the path you wish to pursue. As we work together, we’ll bring those thoughts to light, unraveling the stories they tell about your fears, hopes, and self-perception. This isn’t just about observation—it’s about deeper understanding. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity and insight, allowing us to reshape these thoughts into something more constructive and empowering. Together, we’ll cultivate a greater awareness that supports your growth and healing.
Your feedback is invaluable to me, ensuring that our time together is truly supportive and meaningful. I’m here to help you reconnect with your authentic self and empower you to take control of your path in life.

Why’d you become a therapist?
Throughout my life, I have been deeply motivated to support others during their challenges. In the past, I strived to create a safe space where individuals can openly explore their difficulties and discover their true paths. These experiences of helping others find their authentic selves and being the person they truly want to be have inspired me to pursue a career as a psychotherapist.

What’s your favourite part about being a therapist?
Witnessing the transformative journey that my clients experience in therapy which includes seeing them gain insights, develop resilience, and embrace their true selves. The creation of a trusting relationship where they feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings is also deeply fulfilling, and each session brings the opportunity for growth and understanding, both for them and for me as an individual.
