Therapy can be a place to pause and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical ways of responding to yourself and the challenges you’re facing.

I support adults navigating anxiety and stress, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem and self-worth, body image concerns, relationship and family challenges, and ADHD-related concerns. Sessions are shaped around what matters most to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
