Have you ever caught yourself thinking:

  • "What if..."

  • "I should/I should have..."

  • "I can’t/I don’t deserve..."

  • "I'm not good enough to..."

  • "If you're going to do something, do it right."

  • "Better safe than sorry."

  • "I'm a loser."

Great! That just means you're human. This is your mind’s way of trying to protect you from unpleasant experiences such as making a mistake, rejection, failure, shame, heartbreak, anxiety, or physical pain. So, it makes sense that you develop habits and patterns to avoid these outcomes. But what happens when these patterns stand in the way of the life you want to live?

(Hint): You get stuck!

My Philosophy

The Journey

Next Steps

I believe that you have the strengths and resources needed to get unstuck. You just haven't gotten the chance to try a different strategy that will guide you toward your destination.

It all starts with understanding you—where you want to go and how you envision getting there, because no two journeys are the same. From there, we’ll collaborate to map out a path that excites and motivates you. While the specifics will be unique to you, the process often involves recognizing when you're stuck and gaining the awareness needed to make different choices. This journey may also lead you through challenging situations that trigger familiar fears and thoughts, giving you the chance to practice and strengthen your newly learned skills.

You might feel uncertain or overwhelmed about the work ahead, and now that you've acknowledged that you're stuck, take the next step. Book a free consultation, and let’s continue this journey together.

Why’d you become a therapist?

I always knew I wanted to help people, but I couldn’t decide between teaching or medicine. Things got even more complicated when I discovered a passion for psychology. Over time, whether in social or professional settings, people often told me how my questions and inputs lead to helpful insights and changes in their lives. That feedback made me realize how fulfilling it is to positively impact others' lives, which ultimately led me to where I am today!

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

I lived in Romania until I was 7 years old.

Best way to relax after a long day?

On the couch under a blanket, watching a Rom-com.

Go-to comfort food?

Nachos.

What’s one thing on your bucket list?

To own a no-kill dog shelter.

What’s your favourite part about being a therapist?

Witnessing the incredible transformations and growth that my clients achieve—it’s an honour to see someone recognize and embrace their own strengths and capabilities. While I find fulfillment in my clients' successes, I also appreciate the setbacks and obstacles we encounter along the way because they serve as a humbling experience, reminding me that we are all on a continuous journey of growth and development.
