Life can sometimes feel heavy, and it’s easy to lose sight of your own strengths when facing difficult times. You might feel unsure of where to turn, or as though you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. It’s okay to feel that way. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges on your own, and together, we can explore a path forward that feels more connected to who you truly are.

My Philosophy

The Journey

Next Steps

I deeply believe that no matter how overwhelming life feels right now, you have the strength to heal, grow, and thrive. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood—because you deserve to be heard. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, walking alongside you with empathy and compassion as we explore your experiences together. Together, we’ll uncover the inner strengths you already have, work through what’s holding you back, and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence and kindness toward yourself.

Healing is not a destination but a journey, and it’s one that’s unique to you. In our work together, I will help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface—your inner world, your challenges, and the emotions that may be difficult to navigate. With patience and care, we’ll build the skills needed to face life’s obstacles in a more balanced and mindful way. You will not be judged or rushed. Instead, we’ll move at your pace, allowing you to feel safe and empowered to make lasting changes in your life.

Starting therapy is an act of courage and self-compassion. It’s about recognizing that you deserve the time and space to explore your own growth. If you're ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a free consultation, where we can discuss how to take the first step toward meaningful change together.

Why’d you become a therapist?

I’ve always been drawn to helping others, and over time, I discovered that my passion for understanding people and their experiences could be applied in a meaningful way through therapy. My background in working with individuals, especially those with developmental disabilities, opened my eyes to the power of empathy and active listening. I knew I wanted to be part of a process that supports people through their own personal growth and healing, and that's what led me to pursue this path.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?

In high school I was on the wresting team.

Best way to relax after a long day?

I love to unwind by singing, or sometimes I’ll relax with a cozy blanket, my dog by my side, and a feel-good movie or show.

Go-to comfort food?

Chicken fingers.

What’s one thing on your bucket list?

To own a horse.

What’s your favourite part about being a therapist?

It’s incredibly rewarding to witness my clients discover their inner strength and overcome challenges. The growth and progress that happen along the way, even through setbacks, are what truly make this work fulfilling. I am honored to walk beside each person in their journey, helping them reconnect with their authentic self and move toward their goals with confidence.
