You’re the kind of person who gets things done. You hold yourself to high standards. On the outside, it looks like you’re succeeding.
But inside? You second-guess yourself. You replay conversations, overthink every decision, and try to be everything for everyone.
You’re always fighting that inner voice that points out everything you’re doing wrong, making you feel like you always have something to prove.
It rarely feels like you’re good enough. You always feel ashamed, guilty, or like you could’ve done better.

Great! That just means you’re human. This is your mind’s way of trying to protect you from painful experiences, like making a mistake, rejection, failure, shame, heartbreak, or anxiety. So, you develop habits to avoid those outcomes. But what happens when those habits start getting in the way of the life you want?

(Hint): You get stuck!
My Philosophy
The Journey
Next Steps
I know you have the strength to get unstuck. You just haven't had the chance to try a different strategy. I beleive that therapy should feel like relief, not pressure, which is why I offer real, down-to-earth, no-BS therapy that doesn’t feel like a performance. No more talking in circles. No more wondering if your struggles are "big enough". Just real conversations.

It starts with understanding where you are now, where you want to be, and what’s been standing in your way. Then we’ll work together to change unhelpful patterns, break free from self-doubt, and build confidence in yourself.
It's not about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel free to be yourself without the weight of shame, anxiety, or self-criticism holding you back. It’s about giving you the tools to trust yourself and navigate life with more ease.

If you’re feeling hesitant about starting, that’s okay, we’ll go at your pace. It’s about time you gave yourself a chance. Book a free phone consultation today so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.

Why’d you become a therapist?
I always knew I wanted to help people, but I couldn’t decide between teaching or medicine. Things got even more complicated when I discovered a passion for psychology. Over time, whether in social or professional settings, people often told me how my questions and inputs lead to helpful insights and changes in their lives. That feedback made me realize how fulfilling it is to positively impact others' lives, which ultimately led me to where I am today!

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I lived in Romania until I was 7 years old.
Best way to relax after a long day?
On the couch under a blanket, watching a Rom-com.

Go-to comfort food?
Nachos.

What’s one thing on your bucket list?
To own a no-kill dog shelter.

What’s your favourite part about being a therapist?
Witnessing the incredible transformations and growth that my clients achieve—it’s an honour to see someone recognize and embrace their own strengths and capabilities. While I find fulfillment in my clients' successes, I also appreciate the setbacks and obstacles we encounter along the way because they serve as a humbling experience, reminding me that we are all on a continuous journey of growth and development.
